Starting your own online business will get you that! If you are like me, you need all of the tax breaks that you can get. With the increasing prices in our economy who doesn't need some help; right?

Most home based business require at least 6 hours a week; if not, they are considered a hobby and you can not use a hobby as a tax write off!. Note: if you are a web site developer then all you need to do is get the free products or purchase one that you like and modify it to your needs. No need to explain the rest because you should all ready know how to do this.

 

Items You Will Need for an Online Website Business

 

  1. Product or Service. - Choose one or several eBooks I have.
  2. Website Name (www.yourname.com) or a sub domain (www.yourname.lwbs.com) Remember if you choose an eBook and my services using the sub domain name; the eBook is free.
  3. Hosting Service - My hosting service cost $60.00 a year
  4. Business Cards - Use the resource link for your business essentials
  5. Recorded Keeping - QuickBooks
  6. Fax Machine - This is optional
  7. Phone - Calls made for the business are tax deduct able
  8. Calendar Book - You have to keep a record of meetings or where you go for the business
  9. Mileage Book - You must keep track of your mileage for the business
  10. Vehicle - You can write off parts of the vehicle that you use for business
  11. Home Office - If you choose to set-up an office; it's also deductible
